Mumbai’s real estate market continues to witness major celebrity property deals. Salman Khan’s brother and Bollywood actor-producer Arbaaz Salim Khan has sold his luxury apartment in Andheri West, Mumbai, for ₹6.5 crore.
The transaction details were revealed through property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The property deal was registered on May 5, 2026. The apartment is located in Tower B of Runwal Elegante at Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri West, near Infiniti Mall.
The flat has a carpet area of 1,369 sq ft and comes with two dedicated parking spaces. According to the documents, the buyers paid a stamp duty of ₹39 lakh at the time of registration.
This transaction highlights the growing demand for luxury homes in Mumbai’s western suburbs. Areas such as Andheri West continue to attract celebrities, business owners, and high-net-worth buyers because of their premium lifestyle and excellent connectivity.

The apartment is located on the 27th floor of Autograph Residency on Link Road. The property has a RERA carpet area of 1,243 sq ft and includes two parking spaces.
The transaction was registered on February 17, 2026. Reports show that more than ₹16 lakh was paid as stamp duty along with a registration fee of ₹30,000.
